There were long talks regarding the Google pixel Earphones which does having type C pin-plug. Google removed the 3.5 mm audio jack from their recent releases namely, GOOGLE PIXEL 3 and 3XL.

Google stated that the reason behind removing the 3.5 mm audio jack is to increase the battery capacity of the phone which surely has increased. But, unlike Apple, Pixel phones are provided with the Dongle or cable of Type C to 3.5 mm audio jack.

Also, importantly, the earphone has got the clear and balanced sound which is expected from GOOGLE. Earphones are having a great design which is quite comfortable on your ears.

GOOGLE ASSISTANT ON CLICK
You open the google assistant by long pressing the play/pause button the small remote provided on the headphones/earphones. It’s easy, isn’t it? You just don’t need to take your phone out of your pocket. Then ask anything to the assistant for help!

TRANSLATE USING EARPHONES ONLY
The Google pixel Earphones can be used to translate from language to another. One needs especially when he is out of the country trying to figure out what the other person is saying or wants to convey the message to the other. Just hold the center button and say “Help me speak Chinese”. But, in this feature, you require your smartphone on your hands.

REPLY USING YOUR EARPHONES (WITHOUT THE PHONE IN HAND)
I especially love this feature. It works with voice controls and commands. Whenever, a notification pops, earphones give you the sound alert. Then you can press and hold the Volume Up button and the assistant can read for you.
You can also send a reply. Record by just holding it till the time its been recording. After that press the Volume Up button to send the reply or message.

ANDROID PIE PREREQUISITE
The Earphones works on the Android Pie which is the prerequisite. So, then you can use it only in Android pie operating smartphones and the smartphones having type C port or use a dongle.
